Health systems are on the frontlines of climate impacts, facing surges in patient visits during disasters. Increasing resilience requires moving beyond institutional walls to build equitable, trust-based partnerships with community organizations.

This session will showcase tangible examples of how hospitals and community-based organizations are collaborating on climate resilience projects. Participants will learn practical strategies for finding and engaging community partners, deepening authentic relationships, and co-creating projects that center equity. Join us to build the skills needed to foster innovative partnerships that protect community health and strengthen systemic preparedness for a changing climate.
